Tacos on the Rubicon – Terms of Service
Welcome to Tacos on the Rubicon – an annual offroad gathering for Toyota 4x4 enthusiasts. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. General Event Info
Tacos on the Rubicon is a once-a-year offroad community event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and represent the offroad community with integrity and respect.
2. Ticketing & Transfers
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Tickets are transferrable, but it is the responsibility of the original purchaser to handle any transfer logistics. We do not manage ticket resales or transfers.
Tickets are required for each attendee, regardless of age. While there is no age requirement, all minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
3. Code of Conduct
This is a community-focused event. Attendees are expected to:
Respect the trail – Leave no trace, stick to designated routes, and follow Tread Lightly! principles.
Pack it in, pack it out – All trash and personal belongings must be removed.
Help others when needed – Offroading is a team effort. If someone needs help, lend a hand.
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who does not comply with these expectations.
4. Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that offroading and wilderness events carry inherent risks. You agree to:
Assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of those in your vehicle.
Bring adequate spare parts, tools, food, and water.
Be prepared for mechanical issues, trail delays, or environmental hazards.
Assist others on the trail if needed.
Tacos on the Rubicon, its organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for injuries, vehicle damage, lost or stolen property, or any other incident that may occur during the event.
5. Media Use & Photography
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by event organizers. All media captured during the event may be used for future promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, print materials, and advertising.
6. Platform & Privacy
Tickets are sold through Squarespace. We do not collect or store sensitive payment data directly. By purchasing, you agree to Squarespace’s terms and privacy policy.
